 Double walled chamber  Inner chamber made up of SS 304 grade thick gauge argon arc welded to withstand up to 40psi pressure argon arc welded.  The Exterior body also made of Stainless steel 304 grade sheets with suitable reinforcement.  Perforated basket is made up of SS 304 grade provided inside of the inner chamber to keep materials for sterilizing.  In additional SS stand is provided to keep the basket.  The lid is also made up of SS 304 grade heavy thick plate finished with mirror polish and fitted with supporting pipe to lifting and rotate 360° angle the lid.  The lid is tightened with wing nut locking system and key is also provided for easy to locking and unlocking the wing nut.  Heating elements are Immersion type Heaters fitted at the bottom of the inner chamber and the temperature is indicated and controlled by Digital Temperature Controller working in conjunction with RTD sensor and electronic relay unit.  The unit is fitted with joint less Silicon Gasket in between the lid and inner chamber flange to ensure tight sealing  The Pedal Lifting device is incorporated in the unit for easy opening of the lid.
